3 Horse slant load living quarters trailer. 2001 Sundowner with 8 foot short wall and 11 foot long wall. LQ has large frig., stove top, AC with heat strip, full shower with separate toilet, plenty of cabinets, sink. Door separating toilet and shower from main trailer. Couch that makes a bed. Extra long awing. Walk thru door to horses. Horse area has stud panel, window screens, rubber mats, ramp outside double rear doors, tack area and ramp. Tries are good ( about 1 year old). Holding tanks for gray water and sewer water plus fresh water tank. Water heater.. everything works and has been maintained.
