It should be worn like a vest and is designed to hold your shoulders back to prevent head forward slump. The Lite is an all-season brace that will be comfortable in both extreme heat and cold. The main body is created from a power mesh fabric; the elastic straps are 1/8″ narrower in comparison to the original and it weighs 38% less (3.45oz vs 4.78oz) than the original.
The Large size will fit a chest measurement of 38-50 of the rib cage around the sternum, and a shoulder measurement of 11-20 from top of shoulder down to top of underarm, then double that measurement to determine sizing.
