SN: 06011706 I bought this from our County rep directly as a demo saddle. The external flaps are adjustable via velcro. Normally these would be sewn in place but since this was a demo saddle they are adjustable. I opted to keep them adjustable so I could change the position of the flap and thigh block angle as needed. I have only had it reflocked by County reps. My horse that this fits is retired, and I no longer need the saddle. It has been kept covered and conditioned when in use and has been in my house for the past couple years in a smoke-free environment. The billets are functional but would eventually need replaced due to stretched out stirrup leather holes. There is a small wear mark from my half chaps on the lower right left flap about the size of a penny. Buyer pays shipping from 16101 zip code unless it is a local purchase. No returns and sold as described. There have been no falls/accidents with the saddle.
